Jay began his career in Silicon Valley at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C., where he advised tech and healthcare investors, public companies, graduates of Y Combinator and TechStars, companies in stealth mode, founders and nonprofits. A significant portion of Jay’s practice involves the sale of founder-led companies, when someone’s life’s-work and life-savings are entrusted to Santos Walding.
